What is DACA?
DACA is a U.S. immigration policy that allows certain individuals, known as "Dreamers," who were brought to the country as children without legal documentation, to receive a renewable period of deferred action from deportation and be eligible for a work permit.

What are the requirements?
- Arrive in the U.S. before your 16th birthday.
- Live continuously in the country since June 2007.
- Be in school, have graduated from high school, have earned a GED, or have been honorably discharged from the military.
- Not have been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor or multiple misdemeanors.
- Be under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012.
